1 oz pomegranate juice- chilled

1/2 oz Jo Snow Tangerine Lavender Honey syrup

Squeeze of tangerine juice (about 1/4 oz)

Sparkling wine

Add  juices & syrup to flute glass

Top with sparkling wine

To serve more than one cocktail at a time, pre-batch the base. To make half a gallon of "base", mix 20 oz of pomegranate juice, 10 oz of syrup & 5 oz tangerine juice in a pitcher. Refrigerate & keep chilled. To serve, pour about 2 oz of the base into a champagne flute & top with sparkling wine.
