1 1/2 oz gin (Old Tom works great)
4 oz passion fruit juice
1/2 oz Ancho Reyes ancho chile liquer
3 dashes Jo Snow Pineapple Hop Flavor Drops
To a rocks glass add the gin, passion fruit juice, ancho chile liquer & ice. Stir gently.
Optional:Fill with sparkling water
Top with 3 dashes of Jo Snow Pineapple Hop Flavor Drops
Garnish with 3 pickled jalapeno slices
