Happy Spring! Our Peach Melba syrup was actually a fellow Les Dames Escoffier member, Stacey Ballis', idea. It is a tribute to Escoffier's most famous dessert, Peach Melba. Peach Melba is a poached pear served over vanilla ice cream with raspberry sauce. Our syrup has it all, peaches, raspberries & vanilla. Thanks Stacey! You're a genius!

It makes a great Italian soda, bellini or Dark & Stormy-ish cocktail. 

Ingredients: organic cane sugar, water, peaches, peach juice, raspberry juice, vanilla extract, lemon juice

Happy Spring! Our Almond Orange Blossom syrup was inspired by my trip to Morocco last year. The smell of orange blossoms was intoxicating! The pairing of almonds, orange blossom & cinnamon is quite popular in Moroccan food. My friend, Keiko, "made" us eat Bisteya, a sweet/savory pigeon or chicken pie with almonds, orange blossom water, cinnamon & powdered sugar wherever we went. If you know me, you know I happily went along with this plan! 

This Almond Orange Blossom syrup makes a great Spring latte. Enjoy!

Ingredients: organic cane sugar, water, cinnamon, star anise, natural almond flavor, orange blossom water, malic acid

I swear you can barely detect the star anise. It just adds a bit of complexity! Trust me!
