1 ½ oz aged Rum

1 oz 10 year old tawny port

¾ oz fresh lemon juice

¾ oz Jo Snow Pumpkin Coconut syrup

Shake with ice

Strain into a rocks glass of  ice

 

Step off the Mule

1 ½ oz Collingwood Canadian Whisky

½ oz Jo Snow Pumpkin Coconut syrup

1 oz fresh grapefruit juice

2 drops Bittercube Jamaica #1 Bitters

Shake with ice

Strain into rocks glass of ice

Top with 1 oz Q Ginger Ale, stir
