Jo Snow is all about fun! People can be way too serious. We are serious… about bringing you a quality syrup, but we are having fun on the way. Our syrups are made from all natural ingredients. We start with organic evaporated cane juice and add spices, fresh herbs and all natural extracts to bring you seriously tasty flavors like Café de Olla, known as "Coffee de Oh Yeah" by its addicted followers.

Who is this "we" we speak of? "We" is me, Melissa Yen, just trying too hard to be serious. Oops! I started making coffee syrups when I owned a café because I got so bored with the flavors that were out there. I tend to gravitate towards exotic flavors and unique combinations. I think it comes from my yearn to travel and my curiosity about other cultures. I love playing with unexpected flavor combinations. It is my passion.

So, have fun with my syrups. That is what they were intended for. Add them to coffee drinks, or teas or sparkling water. Invent a new cocktail. Make a snow cone. Seriously, just have fun!
